"Coaching doesn't make sick people well, it helps healthy people become extra-ordinary."

WHAT IS COACHING
Often times the stresses of life, the desire to please others, commitments, deadlines, etc. leave us feeling exhausted, confused and uncertain about the next step. We may be unsure about what the next step is, how to take the next step or even if we “should” take another step.
A coach helps a person sift through the debris that builds up in life to cut to the heart of what’s important. When you hire a coach you receive support from someone with specialized training. This training prepares your coach for active listening at a deep level. Your coach will be listening for what brings you joy, what impacts your energy, what your stumbling blocks are, etc. This training equips them for how to use the information they learn about you to guide the conversation in a manner that promotes creative thinking.
Because people come to coaching to learn new ways to do things and change can be daunting it is imperative that you feel comfortable. Your coach will create an environment that allows you to explore all potential possibilities and solutions to formulate an action plan. After you have identified your action plan, your coach stays with you to help keep you on track. Your coach is your confidant, your cheerleader and your guide. Your coach should have tools readily available to help you in every step of the process.
Because the primary emphasis in coaching is on taking action it is my objective to serve you by listening to your needs with the intention of working with you to identify the goals necessary for your particular solution.
As all of our lives are unique the length of time necessary to achieve desired results is also unique. I encourage you to commit yourself to a minimum of 2-3 months. Coaching is results-driven and it is my responsibility to assist you in meeting your needs in the shortest time possible.
Team work is powerful
How is coaching different than therapy?
